At Flock & Spirit, every shirt is custom-made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number and photos of the item. We will review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Since all shirts are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications once production has begun. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
